(More customer reviews)I was given a sample, and a bit hesitant to try it. I did, glad I did. It gives you a nice energy boost, without a crash. For me the "kick" is more of a boost of mental clarity. I went for a ride and I felt more focus and more endurance. I usually have a spot where I stop on my ride to catch my breath. I did'nt feel the need to do that after I took the PK. Good Stuff!
