(More customer reviews)Took this exactly the way it was supposed to be taken, followed directions exactly. Took about 20 minutes after taking it to force me to the bathroom where it exited swiftly. In other words, this could give you bad diarrhea. Took it 5 days and stopped. Only supplement I've ever taken to do this to me. Never taking it again.
