Make sure you only take them when you've got a nice workout in front of you or you might lose your mind. I took one at work the other day and was sprinting all over the store for 5 hours.
I also took one before a nice 25 mile bike ride. Not only did it pump me up the entire time, but I felt like I could go another 25 miles easily.
I wouldn't recommend this product for anyone who's very sensitive to caffeine, because that's pretty much the main ingredient. It's all natural, but you could still overdo it if you're not careful. :)
