I can be a B*tch & nervous in public standing in line at the groccery store. eny loose weight pill will make u moody. there pure speed. what is speed, tell some one u are taking speed, this actaully what speed is. make sure u big glass of water or u get thirsty. and your cheeks boil, but over all , I seem to like them. they put theese in Organic stores, but this isent organic as far as im conserned. Main thing I notice is that I don't feel as tired.
It's supposedly has other benefits but I don't know if all those benefits are working on me or not, but one thing for sure is I recover from fatigue, and even exercise, a lot quicker.
One time I got a bad case of food poisoning and was thinking of going to the doctor but I remembered how the Plum extract is good for purifying blood so I took a bunch of it with a ton of water, and felt a lot better after 30 minutes or so.
Overall, I recommend the product to everyone and my whole family is taking them.

My diet has stayed relatively the same (relatively healthy). The only change I've made is switching from Centrum to One-A-day. I've been using this product for 2 months, and it seems I've been more resistant to colds and have been more "regular" since taking this supplement.
I'm knocking off a star because these may be hard to swallow for some people (like me). The pills don't have any sort of external coating on them to aid in swallowing. Additionally, if/when these become moist, the pill all but adheres to your tongue because of its gritty surface. I've had to throw out a few pills because I was not able to swallow them. A fresh pill solved the problem. My recommendation is to reduce moisture in your mouth to a minimum before taking.
Good product, overall.

(More customer reviews)I didn't actually buy from Amazon. I bought Zantrex 3 from Walgreens, but I just wanted to give a review for this product. It is LOADED with CAFFEINE. I took 1 or 2 capsules 5-10 minutes before my workouts and they were explosive. I would stay at the gym for 2-4 hours (doing cardio) and I wouldn't get tired. I didn't get the jitters because I was working out and using all the extra caffeine that was in my body. It is true that caffeine boosts the metabolism, but don't use this unless you are working out because you will get the jitters and nausea. I found that if I waited too long to work out after taking the 2 capsules (20-30+ minutes) I would get the jitters as well as become nauseated and my workouts wouldn't be as charged up. As far as sleeping goes, if I worked out enough, then I could fall asleep with little to no problem, but if I wanted to, I could stay awake. But if you take the pill and don't workout, you will most likely have troubles with sleeping. Always take capsules with something on your stomach, or you might feel a bit nauseated. I eat a clif bar a few minutes before I take the capsules and I'm good to go(No nausea or throwing up from working out), but any power/workout specific bar will do. Always drink plenty of water with or without this product especially if you are working out. Staying hydrated will help you burn fat. If you know how to eat right and exercise, you will lose weight. Unfortunately there is no miracle pill that will magically make the fat disappear without exercise and proper nutrition.Zantrex 3 is like Viagra for my workouts. If I am too tired to work out (after a hard day of school and work),Zaxtrex 3 is my little blue motivational pill. Literally the stuff is motivation in a bottle. I have recommended it to several friends.

I might become famished after waiting to eat lunch until 2:00 (no breakfast) but when I start to eat I quickly fill up. By 7:00 I still am not hungry if I take another capsule. I felt this was 100% better then Desert Burn, which is much more expensive. One capsule, twice a day so far is enough for me. I am very excited about it. I have only lost 2 pounds, but it has only been 3 days. This is the FIRST product I have really found that has not made me feel sick, jittery or just plain did nothing.
Update: A couple of months later the affects wore off. I think it may have been the caffine (natural) that worked for so well, but I eventually became immune. Oh well.

(More customer reviews)This is the only cleansing/regulating product I've ever tried but I would recommend it. Used it to kickstart my cleaner eating phase. I liked that it has a sample 1,500 cal meal plan (can be expensive b/c it has organic/soy products). It's hard to follow exactly, but it is a good reference...unlike the ones that only let you eat soups and veggies-this just cuts out dairy, cokes, alcohol, caffine-but you can eat meats (grilled), organic wheat wrap, veggies, OJ, yogurt, ect.
Pro's: After first day of headaches(I think because I couldn't drink caffine)...my energy seemed more natural and even throughout the day. I woke up more naturally...which I didn't expect could ever happen. All around I felt alot more healthy, BUT I didn't eat healthy before so that could be why I had bigger results. Two weeks later, I am sticking to minimal caffine only in the morning, and most of the healthy eating.
Con's: All GNC pills taste bad to me, and there are soo many...so I had to take pills with the soy milk or juice. Because the nature of the product, of course I felt my insides "working" alot, but it was really only at night.
Would drink this with alot of water and follow it as close as possible.
