I'm using the Muscle Pharm stack.

Recon
Assault
And Battle Fuel.
I haven't had real results in years from lifting weights.
What can I say?
My diet wasn't very good and I drank on the weekends.
I never ate anything after working out and that is really the most crucial time to take in nutrients.
The "anabolic window" that is open right after intense training cannot be ignored.
Recon?
It contains everything your hungry muscles want after training.
Carbs, amino acids, and a ton of other goodies that you can read all over the internet.
Does it work?
Well, yesterday was day one and after back/biceps I'm not sore at all today.
I'm only using half a scoop to conserve more.
It is rather pricey but it appears to be effective.
I'll let you know when I'm done at the end of the jug.
I cleaned up my diet and quit drinking on the weekends.
Will I be fab.........or flab?
Oh and be warned, it may be good for your muscles but the taste and smell will send you running for the nearest exit.
Rotten eggs with hot garbage come to mind.
Horrid.
Hold your nose and slam it fast.....you might want to brush your teeth right after..........I did.
So far I like the results, stay tuned for the update.
