(More customer reviews)I like to take these with me when I'm away from home, when there are not always healthy options available. Those who are not familiar with these types of bars should try a single one before purchasing a case. They are not like candy, although I find them to be quite tasty. They are soft and more like a healthy bread (closest comparison I can find) than a cookie or candy bar. Definitely not like the other "power bar" items you can get.
If you are looking to incorporate more raw food into your diet, this is a good way to do it.
