(More customer reviews)Probably one of the cheapest, most effective supplements I've ever used. Some people knock the price per serving, not taking into account that you don't need twelve servings a day. Serving size is two scoops, the label of course will treat you like an idiot and tell you to take 6 of them if you weigh above a certain weight, but we all know that's not necessary. I take four single scoops--upon waking, pre and post workout, and before sleep. Improves recovery time, decreases intra-workout fatigue. Promotes lean tissue growth. Mixing is weird, I use a shaker bottle and distilled water, I still have flakes floating around and precipitate at the bottom. Doesn't matter, its all going down the hatch! Taste is good, not great, but for the price and effect, I love it.
