(More customer reviews)I bought this product not really expecting some miracle weight loss, however it falls short of its claims. I did not find myself going to the bathroom more than normal. Luckily there were not frequent unpleasant trips to the bathroom. I will say however that it did curb my appetite which was a plus. The price wasn't high so I was not too upset about the lack of results. My suggestion would be to skip this product and go to a health food store and buy the detox teas or the overnight stimulant teas like "smooth moves". Those are much cheaper and would probably have the same if not better effects for you.
