(More customer reviews)As I've been getting in to running, I've done some reading about how your body recovers and one of the ways to aid in speedy recovery is by eating protein shortly after your exercise. These are actually quite tasty without being coated in chocolate like some nutrition bars and, of course, they have a good amount of protein. I understand some people's complaints about the carb/sugar amount, but I only eat one after a workout - so maybe one every other day. It may not be the perfect energy/nutrition bar on the planet, but its readily available and quite tasty.
