(More customer reviews)I lost weight, but at the expensive of my taste buds and feeling dizzy in the mornings. The cookies don't have enough protein to get me going in the morning (5 grams). The cookies aren't very good and I really dreaded when I had to eat them (supposed to be 6 times a day). I often only ate 4. They contain no atificial ingredients, so I can only guess that the bad aftertaste of the bluberry and oatmeal was due to the fish oli in them - a great, healthy oil, but too strong tasting for baking! The chocolate covers the taste better, but they are still not good tasting. This is basically a calorie-restricted diet with 6 mini meals (the 100 callorie cookies) and one large protein/veggie meal. Create your own diet and you can have many better tasting 100 calories snacks instead of these awful cookies. For example, a small piece of bread with turkey, lettuce and tomato is 100 calories. Doesn't that sound better than chocolate with fish oil?
