I eat 1100 calories with 30 minutes of cardio (3x per week) and 2 pills in the morning followed by the powder (drink) around 1pm. My appetite has been greatly reduced, with no jitters or anxiety. Past diets just didn't work for me. If deprived from food I become such a ~B~ that co-workers and even my hubby were shoving cookies at me by the end of the week.
