For less than a dollar a day, you get the most complete whole foods vitamin supplement on the market which is fibrous and substantial enough to act as an actual meal. If you use it as such on a daily basis (as an on-the-go breakfast, for example), you will easily save the cost of the supplement off of your grocery bill. Great for those trying to diet, great for kids. Whole foods mean better assimilation, shake means more liquid in your diet. Buy it, blend it, drink it, and enjoy better health for less time and money than you are currently investing each day. It's not gourmet fare, but it isn't meant to be. And, to this consumer, it doesn't taste bad at all.
