(More customer reviews)This choline source is very effective and I feel the neural reception of it within 15 minutes. The price is great and the product is even better. The only downside, which is really just an incidental inconvenience as it doesn't affect the effectiveness of the choline, is that it was pretty clumpy. I had to break up the clumps and I would have preferred not to have had to do this. It's a little dumb, I know, but that's why I didn't allow it to detract from the rating.
Moving on to the "surprising, horrible feature": the dead fish smell! There's no way around this, when you unscrew the cap off you get a fishy aroma. However, after wafting the smells away for 5 seconds or so, the smell is border-line neutral. Tolerable, at the least. Now to the next surprise: it tastes like citrate! Choline CITRATE, citrate reflecting how it tastes. I put a little water in my mouth, tilt my head back and then dump some of the powder in. I swallow it down like a shot and it tastes alright, if you like citrate. It's not like I then smell like a decaying fish all day.
Summing things up, it smells bad - whoopty do! It tastes fine and it will enhance your life, especially if you're choline deficient. I love this stuff people. It's improved my mental performance and health. I do take it with piracetam, so that's helping the performance/health, too. DON'T BE DETERRED BY THE SMELL! Later :)

I only take 2 pills before lunch and 2 before dinner. I was constipated at first for about 4 days, but now I am very regular. I have a movement twice a day now rather than just once a day. I did notice a decrease in my appetite and I can honestly say I don't have very many sugar cravings at all. That doesn't mean I wont grab one of my sons Oreos, but I don't grab 10 now. I really think it does help metabolise any sugars in my food. I don't feel like I have any sugar lows or highs like I did prior to taking this product. I also don't need my coffee fix. I do drink tea, but haven't had coffee in a few weeks now. Do drink alot of water with this product, however. As with any fiber product you need alot of water to help with digestion. (More customer reviews)I am currently on my second container of Gaspari's SuperPump 250. I have tried NO Xplode, a similar Nitric Oxide product.
With the NO Xplode I got decent pumps and excellent focus for about the first two weeks. After time I grew more and more tolerant, to the point where 2.5 scoops was barely noticeable.
I decided to switch to SuperPump, mainly because it was $15 cheaper. I'm so glad that I did. I currently take 2 heaping scoops of SuperPump with a half tsp. of creatine ethyl ester before every workout. In 20-30 minutes my head is rushing, my muscles are pumping, and I have an incredible feeling of focus and energy. I can work out harder, my muscles get incredibly pumped, and my veins grow more distinguishable. SuperPump also helps to burn fat. The best part is that the effects of SuperPump last for about 2 hours, and I still get the same if not more effect as I did on the very first day.
Side Effects:
-Smelly Gas every now and then
-Change in stool consistency.
-Drowsiness after wearing off (if you take too late at night)
-Light Headedness (if you are dehydrated)Before using SuperPump there are a few things you should know.
-I've only tried Blue Raspberry. It's an acquired taste but it is definitely manageable. No gagging like I did with NO-Xplode Lemon Lime
-Take it on an empty stomach and don't eat or drink anything but water for at least 20 minutes after taking! Otherwise your SuperPump may turn into SuperPoop.
-This is not for the casual gym goer. This is for regular, explosive workouts to put on lean muscle.
-Not good for aerobic workouts. I've tried it and I feel like my muscles get too pumped. It hinders range of motion a bit and I get slightly queasy.
-Start small. One scoop the first couple times. Once you get used to it up to 1.5 scoops. Then go to 2. Then if you really want to get pumped go for 2 heaping or 2.5 I have felt no need to go with 3.
-It says on the package to take on off days. Don't. It's a waste of money.
-Drink lots of water!
-I'd recommend cycling. I do 3 months on and 1 month off, in conjunction with my creatine.
If you follow those tips you should minimize side effects and get fantastic results. I will never go back to a different Nitrogen product.

Its got 23 grams of protein per scoop, and only 3 carbs. I wanted a low carb powder. I tried the cookies and cream variety. I mixed it with water and prepared for the worst. BUT, it actually tasted good. Just like melted cookies and cream ice cream.

When we do our 30-mile, 2500-ft-climb rides, she does better than half the guys on the team. What I am saying is that she takes care of her body and knows her stuff when it comes to nutrients.
I take a couple tablets prior to my workouts, which are pretty intense (for example 3 sets of 35 pullups).

I've since gained about 10 pounds that I find weird since I've been on a weird diet of only protein bars, egg-whites and vitamins ( fish oil, omega 3's, multi's. )This stuff work's although expensive it simply works my lifts have gone up and what I mean by up is I use to curl 30-40 pound db and now I do 60-75 for about 5 sets at 10 reps. I'm going to try investing in hydroxycut hardcore to stack with these goodies next and will report back then.

I tried Rogaine for women, then rogaine for men (which did help a bit), special shampoos, change of diet, massive doses of vitamins...but still woke with more hair on my pillow than on my head. My current dermatologist suggested trying Biosil and/or Biotin. I took both. The results were amazing. The fallout ceased within a few weeks. I was thrilled! Later, I thought I might try going off the biosil/biotin to see if it might have been a temporary ailment caused by stress, diet, or just bad luck. Big mistake... the fallout came right back. So I will likely stay on the biotin/biosil combo forever. I don't want to take any chances...its not worth the trauma being bald. It takes a few weeks to get in your system so start as soon as you notice any unusual hair loss. And as a side benefit, my nails have grown longer for the first time in my life.. and my skin actually looks better too. Unexpected benefits. I do believe the liquid formula is absorbed faster than the capsules and is much cheaper in the long term. But the capsules are good for traveling and definitely more convenient. Be warned...the liquid does taste awful, but now I take it with mango juice and can't taste it at all. Try your favorite heavily flavored cold beverage. Experiment. Biosil is definitely worth a try if you find yourself with a hair loss problem. Highly recommend this product and the Biotin as well. Do go to a doctor first, as there may be another underlying cause that you may want to eliminate first. Good luck!

I followed the instructions and was cleansed quickly. There was one trick that I had to implement and that was with the fiber powder. It takes a higher solubility than cool tap water. I made the water 120 F and it disolved while stiring. Drink a lot of water and avoid orange juice or oranges because it intinsifies the cleanse... if you get what I mean. Day three you may want to occur over the weekend. Good product best of luck.
