(More customer reviews)I started taking these and after my second day, I started getting migraines. I took them for another couple of days thinking it might be due to stress or something. But after about 4 days I had to stop and the next day without taking them I didn't get a migraine. It did seem to work though. I lost about 7 pounds within those days. But I also spend at least an hour at the gym every day and clean house and whatnot. If you are someone who gets headaches/migraines easily I wouldn't take these. I am currently looking to take something else since I couldn't take having a migraine all day with two little boys.
