(More customer reviews)My friend gave me this product to try... and I must say It is pretty good.I was really constipated, and this help me alot.. It states to take 2 tablespoons in water, however if you are really back up I strongly suggest 3 Tablespoons... This does not make you have the runs, but gives you the urge to go.. I definetly recommend this product.
