(More customer reviews)It's my second bottle of this Akai product, and I lost 12 pounds since after finished first bottle. Of course, I excersie 30min-hours a day depend on the day. there are some different when I was on same level of the intensity on excersising with or without it. Without it, my weight is on stable and keep my weight (almost +/- pounds); however, when I do excersing same with taking the Akai, it seems like I am losing 2-3 pounds biweekly. I do not know excatly, but it seems like working with my excersise plan, so I will take this one until my weight is reached my goal.
