(More customer reviews)This product is awesome! You have to take it about 15 min before you eat with a lot of water to get the full effect. I noticed that I felt less bloated after eating, digested better and I lost a few pounds. I didn't experience any side effects, and didn't have any nasty aftertaste either. It isn't a miracle cure, so don't expect to eat mcdonalds every day and not gain weight, but it is a great help for those of us who try to eat healthy but like to indulge here and there :)
