While it did help with the hunger, the 'side effect' wasn't worth me continuing the diet. The constipation was bad, even after I drank more water throughout the day than I usually do. And I drink LOTS of water! I even tried it again after the first week that I'd tried it, just incase it was something else giving me problems but nope, got the same result. The 'bloating' or maybe 'fullness' was very uncomfortable. Pants felt real tight. I then thought it was 'just me' since I an 5'8/155 and thought maybe it was geered to a little 'bigger' size people, so I gave the rest to a friend, who's about 5'5/165. I didn't tell her about my problems with it, just to give the product a fair chance. But she shly asked if I'd had any problems w/it as she'd had bad constipation/bloating and was unconfortable BUT like me, it did help w/the hunger but it wasn't worth it.
