(More customer reviews)I have been using Irvingia since April, 2010 and have lost 30 pounds over a 7 month period (it is now 11/2010) since using this product twice daily. I have been on a low calorie, low carb diet plus I do not skip meals.. gotta keep the metabolism up! I believe with the help of African Mango (irvingia) and Alpha lipoic capsules, 300 mg, twice daily my metabolism appears to have sped up and I have lost the 30 pounds! I am 50 years old and have hypothyroidism (I take levothyroxine for my condition)so I am quite pleased with these results!
One thing I want to tell anyone reading this review is you need to give the product about 14 weeks trial before you say it doesn't work..it takes that long for the Leptins in your body to adjust.
I originally had been using Life Extension Integra Lean Irvingia capsules but found they were quite expensive. African mango is a better price and just as effective!
