(More customer reviews)If you expect to suddenly lose a ton of weight, this is not going to do it. It was, however, helpful in getting things started, but it takes a while to really begin to work. This isn't the way it's advertised. I've tried several weight loss aids and this was the most effective for me, no matter what the price. Lifestyle habits are much more effective and have longer lasting results. I would recommend this product as a help in getting your metabolism going, but not to take off a lot of weight by itself. It may work better for someone younger, I don't know.
