(More customer reviews)I started on this product about a week ago and have already lost 5 pounds! I think this product is great, I haven't changed my eating habits and I have noticed it has cut down on my afternoon cravings which is always been a problem with me and I can eat a small dinner and be satisfied. Overall I like the product and will continue to see if I lose more weight for the rest of the month. The only con I have about this product is that I have high blood pressure and some days I do feel like it raises it a bit but not badly. Also I don't have a hard time falling asleep but it seems I only get about 6 hours a night of good sleep but that could just be my age creeping up on me! LOL
