As long as you have just a little self control and give it 5 or 10 minutes,
it will curb your appetite. Or, at least it does for me.
I just get busy doing something to take my mind off wanting to eat, for just
a few minutes after spraying under my tongue and all of a sudden in a few minutes,
I notice I'm not hungry until my normal mealtime.
Does not taste awful either.
