(More customer reviews)I highly recommend this product. I am in my 50's and have been diagnosed with borderline osteoporosis. I take Fosamax 35 mg each week, but I wanted something more to ensure that I could strengthen my bones. I've been using Emergen-C vitamin D and calcium packets for about four years. It is a wonderful product and I would recommend that anyone, especially women, over the age of 50, use this product. You won't be disappointed. Why not PREVENT osteoporosis?
