I get everything at once without the trouble of opening a bunch of different vitamin bottles and counting out the tablets. It has more ingredients than most multivitamins - and the price is far more reasonable. I also noticed that my fingernails were much stronger after only a couple weeks. My hair also started feeling more managable and although I don't know that this product was solely responsible, I physically feel better after using it on a regular basis.
