First of all, if you want the best tasting protein powder on the market, look no further than muscle milk. I love the stuff personally, and the better the powder tastes, the more you will use it. There is a little extra sweeteners in there(why do you think it tastes so good?), but overall it is a healthy shot of protein and other good stuff. Plus it has about 4g of fiber in each serving, that is a great extra(it'll help keep you regular, thats for sure). I can't say enough good things about this stuff, the only thing is it needs a little extra blending to keep from having lumps, but even the lumps are delicious(it's true). Sure it's expensive as hell compared to some of the competition, but they can't hold a candle to the flavor, mixed with milk it's unbelievable. The gains from this are good, not as much as dymatize elite whey(my other fav.), but it still works great.
