However, I follow Dr. Mark Hyman's instruction from "Detox in a Box" where he recommended this brand. (because of good quality) I used to buy it in health food stores, paying doble, now I can get it for the half. If you are interested I will give you all the ingredients for the healthty shake.
8 once of water
2 scoop of shake
1 tbs. of Barleans oil (twin or 3-6-9 oil)
1 tbs of flax seed or chia
1 cup of blueberries (or any kind of berries)
Put it a blender and you have the most nutritional breakfast with just a few calories.
