(More customer reviews)Great multi. Can feel the beta alanine tingle sometimes. It says to take it twice a day with a meal, but my workouts are alot better when I take it before my workout and after. Alot cheaper then buying a multi plus beta alanine. Plus the price from Amazon is awesome. Don't forget the free shipping! That's a plus and half. Will definitely buy from Amazon again and again.
