I have a low thyroid and take medicine but still have energy issues..taking this product does help me feel more energized but not jittery..just a slow steady awake motivated feeling. Along with my regular work and activities, I am able to work out 6 days a week sometimes for an hour. I haven't lost weight per se but inches and feel more healthy. I use it as a daily supplement along with my iron and vitamins..I have found however if I take too much I tend to stay awake into the wee hours..I have to take it early in the morning..
