(More customer reviews)The gym I'm going to has put me on a diet of five meals a day consisting of 350 calories: 5g of fat, 40g+ of carbs, and 25g of protein. This shake is the only meal replacement I could find to meet my nutrition requirements. Most other meal replacement shakes tend to have the amount of carbs and protein switched.
The only con is that the shakes tend to be a little chunky if you only have access to a glass and a spoon. Therefore I'd highly recommend mixing with at least a shaking bottle.

Zero Impact Bar Review

(More customer reviews)I bought these bars after reading an interview with Ryan Reynolds. He mentioned he incorporated these bars into his diet when training for his role in The Green Lantern. Obviously he has a good body, so I decided to give these a try when I started my training. The taste is great (for a protein bar). Most importantly, these don't give me gas like many other bars on the market. I know this is gross, but most added protein can cause some digestive problems. I haven't experienced any of that with these bars.
Other reviewers have mentioned this, but it's worth noting that they are a little dry. Just be sure to have some water with the bar.
You will be full after finishing one of the bars, oftentimes it might take a little while to eat the whole thing. I usually will have one for lunch and snack on it throughout the afternoon hours to maintain fullness and keep me from grabbing nearby snacks.
Anyway, they worked for me and they seem to have worked for Ryan Reynolds, too!

The instructions tell you to start off with one pill in the AM and one pill in the PM. I agree that during the introduction phase that you really don't notice much. However, when you start the 2 pills twice a day, you'll see results. In a strange way, Lipo 6 Her's actaully helps me to eliminate more waste in the AM and PM. I like the product. It never made me jittery and it's not pumped full of things that will damage your liver. Try it, you'll like it.

Optimum Nutrition Creatine 2500mg Review

(More customer reviews)The label is sort of deceptive because it says "2500 Caps" and "2500 mg". In fact, this is per dose (two capsules), not per capsule. That means you have to take about 16 pills per day during the loading phase and 4 during maintenance. The pills are about the size of those big multivitamins. When my bottle arrived one of the pills had broken so it was full of white powder.
I haven't used creatine before so I have nothing to compare it to, but this stuff seems to work.

I used 2x2 capsules for a total of 4 each day for 2 months straight.
I'm not what you would call "fat" (16% body fat) but i wanted to get something to help me loose a couple of pounds while working out my usual way.
I started at 180lbs and after 2 months of workouts about 3-4 times a week with moderate cardio i lost 15 lbs. Not calculating for the Weight gained from muscle growth (down to 12% body fat).
It's not a miracle pill, but take it as a supplement for improving your energy, power and a good fat burner. I also take Protein powder, fish oils, and vitamins.
I have tried Hydroxycut, Ripped fuel and some others, but this is the best for me. So try it, it may work for you too.
I also got some headaches when starting to take them, usually 2 times a week. Note that you should consume a lot of water which will help.
I don't recommend taking these for longer than you have to. 2 months on 2 months off should work great. I always take a detox cure after taking such pills for 2 months.

These "Luna Bars" are yummy and especially chock full of nutrients for women's needs. I'll get to those, but I have to say first, that it's not just women who will love these - I know this for a fact, as they were disappearing at an alarming rate(faster then I could eat them by myself) and I am the only female in my household! That is really saying something, because if I deem a product to be good for you, everyone in my house avoids it.

I am always looking for snack/protein bars that are not only tasty and satisfying, but finding some that the ingredients won't give you a heart attack and at a decent price is hard to find. I spend more time reading the labels in the "Sports and Nutritional" food section in my market(and here at Amazon as well) then anywhere else. Most may meet some of my requirements, but fall short in others, some are just really bad even though they sound "good"(you may have seen some of my other reviews of these). Luna Bars are from "Cliff" which I have always thought were among my top picks. The only bars I think are in the "healthier" catagory would be those that are 100% organic; usually these cost double or triple per bar as these Luna Bars come to - and the deal here at this time is even better than my local market.

So Luna Bars are made with 70% orgainc ingredients.Per serving - they are also high in protein 8 - 9 gms per bar, are 180 calories per bar,have 6 gm of fat(50 of the calories from fat),2.5 sat fat ZERO trans fat, and ZERO cholesterol in all three flavors.The other nutritional info varies a little on each. The Brownie has 110 mg sodium,27g carbs(12 of sugar carbs);Nutz over Chocolate - 190 mg sodium,25g carbs(11 sugar);P-nut Buuter - 160mg sodium,25g carbs(12 sugar).

The sugar mostly coming from Orgainic Evaporated Cane Juice and Orgainc Brown Rice Syrup. They are also a good source of Vit A,Vit C,Calicium, Vit E,Folic acid,Vitamins D and B, and much more - I did not list all, but i will keep the box panel that has all the nutrional info for a while(alas, that's all thats left of my last order), if there is something in particular you need info on,please leave me a comment and I will reply as soon as possible. They are Low Glycemic, and of course anyone with allergies to nuts should avoid.
And for the best part, they are delicious and very satisfyling. Put some in an ice chest on long drives or a good between meal snack that will tie you over till dinner time.
I'm back to order another box. When they arrive, I will put them in the vegetable compartment of my fridge, they should be pretty safe there -and they are really good cold!

Salter 9009ef Lithium Electronic Scale (400 lb. Capacity with Extra Large LCD Readout) Review

1. Soft mat to stand on.
2. Nice colors with a low-profile design.
3. The black mat where your feet go is 9 1/2 inches, and from top to bottom in the center of where each foot would step is 12 inches, including plastic and mat.
Cons:
1. This is a flimsy scale made entirely of plastic. The scale itself weighs about 3 pounds. You must be sure to keep your feet towards the outer parts of the black mat, as the center bends very easily, and makes groaning noises. This happens with weights as little as 10 pounds.
2. The digital read-out is not as pictured. It is large; however, it is a normal LCD screen with a grey background and black numbers, not a black background with white numbers.
3. I, too, did the actual weights on the scale test. The scale was always off, reporting weights from 0.2 to 5 pounds off for the same actual weight, placed in the same position, over and over again.
4. If you need an accurate, reliable scale, this is not the one to buy, especially at this price. The lackluster performance, reliability, and design of this electronic scale makes it highly over-priced.
