(More customer reviews)(3/22/11) I took 1 pill the first 2 days and didn't feel anything. I increased to 2 pills per day and noticed a big increase in thirst which is great because I am finally drinking close to 8 glasses of water a day. I was very surprised when I started getting full after eating half the portion of my normal everyday lunch portion. This pill helps you eat in moderation. You wont see results the first few days of course but I just checked and I've lost 5 pounds in 6 days. I don't feel sluggish or hyper. I have the energy without the help of my daily coffee or rockstar. You have to avoid caffeine when taking this pill so make sure you are willing to give up your coffee or soda.

I started taking NUMIA on 3/15, in a week I lost 5lbs. I weighed myself after 30 days and I've lost 20 pounds! (tip: do not weigh yourself more than once every 5 days or so) I gained 40lbs in the last 16 months after I started my new job and horrified to see my shirts and pants have "shrunk". I went from size 8 to size 12/14 and after the first month with Numia I am back down to size 10. I purchased Numia again to continue my weightloss until I reach my goal weight. I've tried exercise, diet, hydroxicut, slimquick, etc. and nothing really worked for me until Numia. I don't get as thirsty as in the first couple weeks. I don't feel weak and I no longer overeat.
