(More customer reviews)At first, I was buying the 1 pack until I realized I could buy it in 3's which is a much better deal. This is the only hoodia that I really feel made a diffrence. It doesnt kill my appetite; it just curbs it a bit. This has been awesome for me losing weight because I am just not active all year round . I have lost quite a bit of weight over the last several months- at least 18 pounds but I wasnt measuring that carefully at the begining. I think it was a little more than that. I have less cravings for food and am getting less hungry during physical activity so I would have to give this a high grade.
