I have a gluten sensitivity, and there is a very small amount of gluten in this product. It's not enough that it really should bother me, but when taken more than 3 days in a row it builds up in my system and gives me bad headaches.
On the good side, the product is really good a decreasing my hunger. I've gained 20 pounds due to medications and just wanted a little bit of extra help while working on losing it. I only take this once a day first thing in the morning, and then I drink 20 OZ of water (about 6AM). After that I'm usually not hungry until close to 10 when I have some yogert and I'm good until lunch at 12.
