(More customer reviews)Personally I used to make heavy use of Ephedra to cut up since I did a lot of running with few results. Ephedra was great but it had a massive side effect which turned off a lot of females and made me stay up past my bedtime. As if that wasn't enough, ephedra cost a lot of money. However, I went home on vacation and thought I would buy some Ripped Fuel because all my buddies said it worked for them. After taking them for a few days I noticed I sweat profusely and was always hot. I would drink ridiculous amounts of water and never be fully sated. Long story short, I lost about 1-2% body fat in about two weeks with nothing but running and this--I was still eating out everyday and consuming huge amounts of food!
Running naturally elevates your metabolic rate and this boosts it as well, but be forewarned! If you do not drink a lot of water, then this is NOT for you since it WILL dehydrate you badly!

(More customer reviews)The supplement industry is a scam. Face it. But every now and then you can find a legitimate product. This is one of them.
I was really surprised by this products ability to drastically reduce my appetite. I have always been a big eater and now I find myself just not that hungry at meal times. It does this without causing fatigue and making me feel jittery.
I've used other products like this before, but they just made me feel tense and nervous and often came with a headache. No side effect with this product.
Note: If you are looking for an "extreme" type of product, you may be disappointed. This does not give you the buzz like the old ephedrine pills. Also, you may want to limit your intake of coffee and high caffeine beverages while taking this product.
Exercise is a must, but this product will help.

(More customer reviews)Product definately works. After a year of consistent exercise, I couldn't lose any weight. I've lost five pounds in the two weeks since I started taking Ripped Fuel and can see definate improvement in muscle definition, especially in my abs. I take two in the morning, two at lunch and none at dinner, since I don't want to risk losing sleep. This gave me jitters in the first few days but has since disappeared. My heartrate has not increased since taking this supplement. I also have not felt nauseous, dizzy, have blurred vision or any of the other side effects other reviewers have reported.
However, I think you definately need to work out regularly for this to work. I hit the gym for 1.5 - 2 hours after work, five days a week. I have not changed my diet. I suspect if you improve your dietary choices (i.e., less fatty foods, more protein, etc.), you could lose more weight. I am thoroughly satisfied with the results I have seen thus far.
Two (or so) months later: I lost a total of 15 lbs on Ripped Fuel. I am at my target weight so will stop using . If I gain the weight back, I'll definately be buying another bottle. Great product.
