(More customer reviews)I have been taking this product for about 5 years now. It keeps your colon clean, eliminates toxins and debris from the body, and makes you feel light and energetic naturally. I only take one every night with a large glass of water however if I overate that day or had a more carbs/junk food than usual I take 2 or 3, but on a regular basis all you need is 1 capsule if you eat a lot of salads, veggies, fruits, etc. I recommended this product to my friends and they swear by it as well. I don't like fake reviews, it makes it difficult for REAL people to know what they are purchasing. I will be removing this from my basket.
**One of the reviewers left a comment that they are in fact a real person and that he and his friend simply love the same products from the same company. If that is true, I would be happy to try this product and delete or update my negative review...I am waiting for other reviewers. PLEASE review this product if you have tried it. I rely on legitimate reviews when purchasing products of this nature. I am still uneasy about the other two reviewers...no offense. Please read the comment that was left regarding my low rating. I don't want to be unfair.****UPDATE**** I have been using the product for a few weeks. It hasn't killed me and have no bizarre side effects. In fact I seem to be experiencing NOTHING at all from this supplement. No additional energy. No movement on the scale. Nothing to the naked eye. I exercise and lift weights 5 days a week and eat healthy, I want to lose 5 lbs. So, while I am hopeful that some magic is taking place and cells are rejuvenating and my metabolism is gearing up, I have NO EVIDENCE of that. Next time I will save my money. But now no one can claim I didn't try the product before giving it a review. I am even MORE convinced that the 2 reviews I suspected as fake aren't real. I don't know how anyone gives this product 5 stars. I am giving it 2 simply because it didn't kill me.

(More customer reviews)There is no magic muscle pill!!! I am sick of reading reviews where guys took this or other products and expected to look like Arnold S. in 2-3 months. Look, hands down, this product works! I have been taking it for over a month now at one third the rec day dose. I am more motavaited with an overall improved attatude. This probuct gives me that extra energy I need to start my day without caffeen or the jitters and sick feeling some of us get from ephadrine and some of the other things in most products like this one. I highly recomend using this supplament to anybody looking for the results that Ripped Man claims.
Caution, be carefull going to the gym within 2-3 hrs of consuming this product. It is a thermigenic and may cause you to flush and have some light headeadness as well as the increased risk for dehydration druing a serious work out session.
