(More customer reviews)It would be extremely convenient to get this set for your first master cleanse. The items are all correct to maximize your results, and it takes much of the guesswork out of the equation for beginners. My only issue is that similar items can be purchased somewhere like Whole Foods for far less, around $40 individually. Still, beginners who are unfamiliar with what to buy could do far worse than this set.
