(More customer reviews)Last winter I decided to try Defense. If I woke up with a sniffle I would spray 3 times, and then again around lunch. That's all it took. (Some people may need more.) I didn't get a cold all winter. I didn't even stock up on Vitamin C like I used to do. I believe in Defense. And it is so convenient that I take it with me. Then if someone coughs or sneezes I can take a few sprays later and reduce the risk.

(More customer reviews)I was on synthroid for thyroid issues for about 4 years, and it caused non-stop slow weight gain no matter what I did. The only way I could loose weight was to take these pills, one a day in the morning. That made the difference between eating 1000 cals/day with an hour of cardio 6 days a week and NOT losing - and losing about a pound a week.
The downside: I'm migrane prone and on this pill, the migranes were constant after about 3 days of use, so I could only take it in spurts. Also, after stopping use, I would gain back about 1/2 of what I'd lost, so some of it was water weight.
I haven't tried taking it now that I'm off the synthroid and my weight is stable and far more manageable. But for someone without headache tendencies and needing a little extra boost, this pill will make at least a little difference.

What's not to like? Great taste, high vitamin content, lactose free!
For those who need to gain weight, this product is ideal. I myself am not a fan of high-density caloric drinks for the general population. If you are in good health and just want a great dietary suppliment, get regular Ensure instead.
This product is great for people with diabetes, heart problems, and many other maladies because it helps you improve your dietary health first.
I must also say, the taste is surprisingly good as well. I find these drinks far superior to Slim-Fast lactose free, as they are lighter and easier on the stomach than Slim-Fast.
While I prefer the bottles to the cans (they are more recycling friendly after all) this is a great product that is worth a try.
For those who don't need to gain weight, try regular Ensure instead.

(More customer reviews)I finished off an entire box of these (not all at once). They are by far my favorite flavor when balanced with the 0 sugar and good dose of protein. I wish they had a few less calories so they would count as one of my 150 calorie snacks. But, boy did they taste good. No side effects either as suggested by the other poster. But, I have heard that is a side effect of the sweetner...so proceed with caution if you have a weak stomach.

Hi I live Lakeport Northern California.
Lakeport has a food natral food center. I bot them for 20 some thing dollers , they can be addicting at times, I take them at 11am & later at nite I have problems sleeping, They are to help u loose weight,well taking them for a week, and then totally stop taking them, will give u headaces & with draw symtoms , when u first start taking them u get kinda moody. I can be a B*tch & nervous in public standing in line at the groccery store. eny loose weight pill will make u moody. there pure speed. what is speed, tell some one u are taking speed, this actaully what speed is. make sure u big glass of water or u get thirsty. and your cheeks boil, but over all , I seem to like them. they put theese in Organic stores, but this isent organic as far as im conserned. I eat a apple a day. and fresh vegtables, and I excersie. 40 Pushups(set10), 100 squats, & 75 jumping jax, ever day keep your callories 1300 a day, burn all the callories u take in, dont forget im real person writing this reviw, I looked every where ,wanted to know how others felt when taking this pill........Hope other find what they like
