(More customer reviews)I have gained 8 pounds in one month off of this stuff after being 136 pounds for the last 6 years even with my 10 years of weight lifting... Now I am 144 My diet was the problem, I had very little red meat and other unhealthy things required for weight gain. I've been using 3 scoops a day which makes this stuff last 25 days to get these results. Also I have felt due to my low calorie diet a lack of energy every day, I felt depressed all the time and could barely get out of bed every morning. Now I have all day energy every day thanks to this stuff, my 8 month depression is over. I am allways happy and allways doing stuff now, instead of burning all my energy out an hour after a meal. I will buy this stuff for probabley the rest of my life. I researched extensively for weeks for the best weight/muscle gainers and this one is the best and cheapest for someone who eats healthy and needs a little something for building muscle in their diets. Chocolate tastes very good expecially with milk, vanilla is okay, bananna is so sicking sweet that it is harder for me to drink than Robetussin. Don't buy bananna unless you like having pure sugar surup in water...

Pros:
* Stylish construction
* Large digits are easy to read
* Calibration is simple and fast
Cons:
* Although the top surface seems like strong metal, the bottom feet that actually do the weighing are plastic and feel cheap. That said, we've never had a problem with the feet.
* Scale needs to be recalibrated every time you move it. Recalibration is very easy and fast (you simply tap the scale and let it adjust itself), so it shouldn't be a problem. But if you move it often, just be aware that you'll need to recalibrate.

(More customer reviews)I've ridden the weight loss roller coaster for years, ever since I had my third child who's now 15. I finally reached my limit and was just "done." I had heard so many things about Dr. Simeons plan that I just decided that I could do this. So I did. I bought the Reflect drops and followed the plan. After 23 days I have lost... drumroll please... 15 pounds total. This was the last 15 pounds that I was trying to get off and actually put me at my goal weight for Lifetime Membership with Weight Watchers. I am so thrilled that I'm kinda giddy about it.
Here are a couple things I would have liked to know that I learned while following Dr. Simeons plan.
1) The "loading" days were miserable for me. I like to eat what I want but not that much. But they say it's essentil to be successful so I did it.
2) Day 4 was the hardest for my hunger. After that I was never hungry. And I mean "never" hungry.
3) The mind games were kinda crazy for me. While I wasn't hungry, I did have cravings for reece's peanut butter cups and cheesecake. These were psychological not physical. But I've talked to others about it too and they said they had similar mind games going on. A coach from the company gave me a suggestion that really helped. First, he told me to take a before picture of the area of my body that I didn't like the most and keep it handy. Whenever I had the cravings I just looked at the picture. Then I would drink a glass of iced tea with splenda as reward for not cheating. It really worked!!! I only cheated twice late at night before bed.
Overall I can say that reflect was a great product and I feel very comfortable reommending it. Hopefully my metabolism has really reset and I won't need something like this again. But, if i do, I know where to go and exactly what to do to safely lose it fast. Two thumbs waaaaay up!
