(More customer reviews)These are fabulous for snacking, especially when dieting - high fiber, low sugar, great flavor. However, my local grocery stores put them in the laxative aisle and are now discontinuing them because they have not sold. DUH! They need to be with the cereals! I'm hoping I can find them on line to buy a case of them. I hope they make a vanilla flavored kind, too.

(More customer reviews)I just love All Bran Ice Tea...I was unable to find this product in stores for weeks on end...I finally purchased it from Amazon...I love it since it has ten grams of fiber and tastes very nice...You just add one packet to a bottle of spring water (16.9) oz...
It is delicious!
I am thrilled with this product and think ten grams of fiber in any diet is healthy! I usually have at least two a day...I am getting my water at the same time...GREAT ICE TEA!

(More customer reviews)I first bought this thinking it would be a good way to get some fiber. I am really opposed to chalky fiber drinks and I like Kellogg's products. I tried the Pink Lemonade and it's great! The only thing I change is I use 20oz for half the packet not the whole thing like instructions state. It's very strong and sweet but tastes like real lemonade! It also does a good job of keeping me full for about 2-3 hours when i want to munch and crunch to get through the last hours of the work day!

I think they're perfect for a healthy snack, energy during a longer workout, or if you eat two of them with a piece of fruit, a very good light meal. They have about 10 grams of protein each, which is really good considering they're only 35g bars. They also have a good deal of fiber, are low in sugar, and have very little fat. They are smaller than many other protein bars, so bear in mind that they are NOT meal replacement bars unless you eat more than one of them.
