Purity and the type of fish the oil is derived from sets the quality standards for fish oil as well as DHA concentration in each pill. This product is by far among the best in class and all the goodness is packed in a single, easy to swallow capsule ( as opposed to 3-5 capsules in other brands). I am currently nursing and will continue to use this great product. I highly recommend it.
