My physician highly recommended it and that's how I was introduced to it.I am slightly overweight most would refer to my frame as pleasantly plump. I am a radio personality in a very small town in rural america and I never found it necessary to have to take diet and exercise seriously until recently. I started exercising regularly but that alone didn't help me lose weight then I started dieting (avoiding sugar, starch, and bread, rice, pasta) I started to lose a little but I needed something to kick-start my thyroid. I really don't like to take supplements especailly weight loss supplements because of all the negative stuff you hear about them in the news but since it
was my physician that recommended it I trust him enough to have tried it and I am very thankful for his reccommendation.
