(More customer reviews)I have used this product and others after it and I always come back to the best. I have had samples of BSN's NO-Xplode, and VPX's Shotgun. I have tried SAN's V12, MuscleTechs NaNO VaPOR, Met-Rx Amped and even Six Star's NO Overdrive. None of those have given me the engery, endurance and results that Xpand does. I don't drink coffee and most if not all these products rely heavily on caffeine for energy and "mental focus". Trust me when I say that Xpand provides you with every thing you need to have a great workout; you bring your own energy and focus. I don't think any of these mention a "loading phase" but Xpand does need to build in your system before you start to feel it work. Use the product in accordance to the directions and your body make-up and I guarentee you see results.
