(More customer reviews)I think that this formula is effective, and really like how few ingredients there are. In the past three weeks of using it, I have lost 5 pounds without feeling jittery or like my heart was going to pound out of my chest, as has happened with other formulas that I've tried. I have only been taking a half dosage, as 6 pills a day seemed like a lot, but one with each meal suits me well enough, and so far, I'm happy with it!
