(More customer reviews)I took this product as directed with a good diet of whey protein and DHEA. It took about 3 weeks before I noticed an improvement in energy and lean muscle mass. Once the bottle was gone, I waited a week and started again with another bottle. Keeping everything pretty much the same, I kept getting leaner around the midsection like I was in my late teens early twenties when I worked out pretty religiously. Although my workouts are more intense, I don't spend as much time in the workout as I did when I was younger. I believe this product helped me break another plateau. I was not expecting much from this product, but it pleasantly surprised me. This is not a product that is going to give you massive muscle pumps, but I believe it jump started my old man body to think it was young again.
