(More customer reviews)Almased is not awesome tasting, but after a couple of days, I started looking forward to it. I absolutely disagree with the other opinion that it does not blend with milk and. It blends perfectly in skim milk. I drink it twice a day, and I have lost 30 pounds using it as a weight loss AID. Obviously, I am also exercising and watching my diet.
