(More customer reviews)I would like to like this product, it always seem to have really high reviews everywhere, and I can get it at trusty and cheap ol' Trader Joes (grocery store). But unfortunately I cannot take it cause after 1-2 days I can't keep anything solid in my body. It contains something called Senna which works as a natural laxative. The dosage is pretty high, 4 capsules 3 times a day. I have tried taking half of that and it was still too potent. I think I might try their regular colon cleanse product which only contains Psyllium powder.
