(More customer reviews)First, I know it shows a woman's body on the package. Well, it's not just for women! I started using Dream Body 7 weeks ago. I'm on my 2nd bottle. I didn't take the diet plan seriously so the product wasn't doing it's job. However, I started to get serious. 1 week into my second bottle, I started eating healthier, exercising more and have lost a total of 12 lbs to date. Now mind you. I'm still eating foods I like, just reduced portions. I cut out fried foods. I still drink my cokes (can't give 'em up!!). By exercise I mean, I mow the lawn and do some housework.
I'm 6'5" and started at 260 lbs when this started. I'm down to 248. If I can do it with minimal effort, then imagine what you can do!!
