(More customer reviews)After taking this product as directed for 3 weeks I have not lost a single pound. This is very disappointing considering I use my elliptical for a minimum of 3 hours per week and watch what I eat. I did not notice any increase in energy or decrease in appetite. I am now going to try Almased and see if I get results with that product.
