(More customer reviews)I am an active middle age man but not a health nut and want some taste with my breakfast cereal. I have tried All Bran, Fiber One and many other similar types and this one has just the right level of sweetness and flavor. Crunchy but not like hamster pellets, flakes and oats, corn, bran, etc. Very good.
